What does ROSA Provide?

What do we Provide?

ROSA consultants can:

  • Advise on how to write a safety management plan

  • Review your planning documents

  • Advise on how to rectify any nonconformities found during an audit

  • Review your safety culture

  • Train you and your staff on safety

Notes

  1. Auditors conduct a compliance audit.  They can only provide general advice that is in the public domain, that is, they cannot provide specific solutions to safety problems or nonconformities.

  2. Consultants advise.  They cannot consult and then audit, unless at least one year has passed since the consult, and they’re qualified to audit.

Auditing Procedure

Clients can either engage an auditor through the ROSA secretary, or by contacting an auditor directly

Organising an Auditor via the Secretary

  1. A client contacts the Secretary requesting an auditor.

  2. The Secretary will offer the audit to an auditor.

  3. The Secretary will forward to the auditor: client contact details, audit number, and administration-fee invoice.

  4. The auditor will contact the client and forward an audit-engagement letter.

  5. Once the client has agreed to the terms of the audit, the auditor will forward a copy of the Audit Checklist, along with relevant instructions.

  6. The auditor will contact the client and establish a working relationship.

  7. Once audit is completed, the auditor will forward a ROSA Audit Certificate and an Audit Approval Letter to the client.

  8. The auditor will invoice client directly.
